How To Remove Black Hair Dye From Skin

Before

After

I change my hair color a lot as you may know by now.  The other day I decided to go back to black so I went out and purchased a box of black hair dye.  This is not the first time I've went black but it's been a while so I forgot to be overly careful.  Well, I ended up getting the black hair dye on my skin so I hopped on Google and searched for 'how to remove black hair dye from skin'.  Most of the tips worked so I've decided to share them with you guys today.  So this is tips for how to remove black hair dye from skin.

  • Rubbing alcohol -  Saturate a cotton ball with some rubbing alcohol and scrub away.  I mean really really scrub!  Or you can try hand sanitizer, I've heard it works really well too.
  • Nail polish remover - Same thing here, saturate a cotton ball with the nail polish remover and begin scrubbing.  Just make sure to avoid getting it in your eyes.
  • Toothpaste - Use the kind with the gritty stuff in it, the gel won't work.  Rub it into skin over and over again until the black dye comes out.
  • Dish washing liquid - Wash your face with this stuff, it works almost every time.
  • Baby soap or baby oil - Put a small amount of baby soap or baby oil on a cotton ball and rub off the black dye.
  • Vinegar - Pour some vinegar on a cotton ball and scrub away!
Next time you dye your hair, especially a dark color like black, put a layer of Vaseline around the areas you tend to get stains.  This layer will stop the dye from soaking in and 'staining' your face. I hope you found my tips on how to remove black hair dye from skin helpful and if so please let me know in the comments.  Below I have included a helpful video explaining another great way to remove black hair dye from skin.

Clairol Born Blonde Review

Before

After

I love my hair darker or a shade of red.  I haven't really been blonde since high school but to go along with my new haircut for summer I decided to try blonde on for a feel again.  I didn't want to pay the $80-100 to have it done at a saloon, especially since I'd have to come back every month to have it re-done.  So I decided to try Clairol Born Blonde.  So this is my Clairol Born Blonde review!

I didn't really know what to expect.  But, I went to Wal-Mart and got a box.  It was about $10.  A really good deal.  You mix it up like regular hair dye but there is a packet of bleach that you add.  That's the only difference.  I did my hair myself and it was really easy.  More importantly it actually worked.  Take a look at my before and after photos.  It works even on black hair!

So there you have it, my Clairol Born Blonde review.  The stuff works, is inexpensive, and easy to use.  The only downside is that your hair does smell like bleach for a few days afterwards.  Still, I'd recommend this product to my friends and I'll most certainly be using it again.

Cute Spring and Summer Haircut

Now that it's March and spring will (hopefully) soon be upon us we are all on the lookout for a cute spring and summer haircut.  But, what are we going to do this year?  Around this time of year almost all of us are in the mood for a change whether it be a new color or hairstyle.  I know I was!

I've wore my hair long for as long as I can remember and I really wanted a change.  So I set out to find the cutest spring and summer haircut.  Other than being cute I wanted something that I didn't have to fuss with too much but I wanted it to look like I did.  Basically I wanted something that I could just wake up, throw some hairspray in, and go.  I'm so excited to tell you that I have found that look!

The newest hair style is called the Mob.  I know you're all probably wondering what the heck am I talking about.  It's like a bob but it's longer so they call it a Mob for middle length bob.  This is easily the best spring and summer haircut of 2013.  I literally roll out of bed and blow dry it, spray some hair spry in it and I'm good to go.  I got long bangs and lots of choppy layers in it as well, which are good for adding extra volume.  Volume!  I haven't had volume in forever!  Have a look at the pictures below to see my new look!

Best Waterproof Eye Makeup Remover

I love eye makeup so I need the best waterproof eye make up remover. Eye shadow, eye liner, and mascara these are a few of my favorite things. But, seriously I wouldn't leave the house without mascara on. So most days my eyes are decked out in black liner and black waterproof mascara, I buy great products to ensure they last through the day and stay on no matter how hard it's raining or even if I tear up. However, eventually night time does come and I need to get it off. I've tried many eye makeup removers, most don't work. Many leave behind an oily feeling that I can't stand. Some do work OK but you have to rub your eyes harshly, which we all know leads to the creation of fine lines around your eyes.

Well, I have found the best waterproof eye make up remover ever made. I discovered it years ago and I haven't used anything else since.

Avon's Moisture Effective Eye Makeup Remover Lotion claims to moisturize your delicate eye area as it whisks away makeup. Many products claim to do this or that, but this eye makeup remover holds up to it's promise.

I use this every night, and it easily takes off the thickest makeup. Also, as it claims, it is a great moisturizer for my eye area and even my eyelashes feel moisturized. After using this the night before my eyelashes are easier to work with the next morning. This is by far the best waterproof eye make up remover I've ever used.

I have tried many of Avon's products with about a 50% success rate, but this is one item that I will always order from them. And, it's only about $4.00 a bottle. Often times you can get it for less than that, around holidays they drop the price down to $0.99 a bottle. That's the time that I stock up on it!
To order visit Avon.com or contact your local Avon rep.

So If you're in the market why not try the best waterproof eye make up remover and see for yourself. You have nothing to lose, except your eye makeup.

Drinking Water To Fight Cellulite And Belly Pudge

http://news.upickreviews.com/truth-about-8-glasses-water

Today I will be starting to drink water....nothing but water!  We all know the great wonders water does for our bodies, and we know we should be drinking more of it.  But, as an avid tea drinker I'm going to find this task very hard.  Well you ask, "Why am I doing it then?".  The answer is pretty simple.  I gave birth to a beautiful baby boy about 6 months back and since then I have been struggling with cellulite and belly pudge.  With my first son I instantly lost the weight and went back to my normal size, without dieting or exercising.  With my second, not so much.  I have been more active and watching what I eat like a lioness looks after her cub but still the cellulite and belly pudge remain.

So I am fighting my belly pudge and cellulite with water.  Drinking water helps your body remove toxins, which cause cellulite and cutting out sugary drinks reduces calories which cause body fat.  This is why I am committed to only drinking water from now on, although it'll be hard I believe that it'll be worth it when I can wear a swim suit this summer.  Wish me luck on my journey and please leave me some comments on whether or not you are or have struggled with cellulite or belly pudge.

For a full guide on how to beat cellulite read this and this.  Thanks for reading guys!
